Holded is seeking a passionate Product Owner to shape the product vision and drive the Partners module roadmap in collaboration with C-level and engineering teams. You will own strategy, prioritize backlog, and lead discovery with customers and data to deliver AI-enabled features.

You will work within autonomous, cross-functional squads in a fast-paced environment, defining success metrics and ensuring technically feasible AI-driven solutions.

Formación

• Solid experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong understanding of AI and feasibility with engineers on LLMs and AI features.
• Experience shipping AI-powered features and evaluating outcomes.
• Deep user-centric mindset with regular user interviews to drive roadmaps.
• Data-informed approach: define metrics, interpret results, take action.
• Clear, unambiguous specs and communication with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Own the roadmap and strategy for the product's modules, aligning with leadership.
• Lead discovery through customers, data, prototyping, and A/B testing.
• Prioritize backlog and balance new features, UX improvements, debt, and AI integration.
• Collaborate daily with engineers, design, and data teams in an agile setup.
• Define success metrics and AI quality metrics (accuracy, latency, fallback).
• Design experiences robust to AI probabilistic outputs and edge cases.
