Job Title : Product Owner, English Solutions

Salary : UK - £49,300 - £65,950 per annum

Spain – competitive

Location : Cambridge (UK) or Madrid (Spain), hybrid work model

Contract : Permanent, full-time

English Solutions is a team dedicated to resolving key account pain points and addressing specific market needs. We seek an experienced ELT publishing professional to collaborate with proactive colleagues to develop solutions that delight customers within available resources. Knowledge of the Spain schools context is preferred, but experience across markets is also valuable.

About The Role

As a Product Owner for English Solutions, you will create bespoke print and digital English teaching solutions for global and regional markets. Your responsibilities include :

• Leading teams to develop viable solutions to customer problems
• Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
• Managing editorial staff

Projects may include delivering adapted products for partners, customizing print books, modifying digital products, or regional course versions.

About You

You should have experience delivering ELT publications in print and digital formats, with the ability to lead these processes. Experience with the Spain school curriculum and understanding sector needs are essential. Excellent project management skills, customer insight, and stakeholder management are required. Comfort with change and multitasking are also important.
