Getnet Platforms is seeking a Product Analyst to translate business needs into actionable user stories and criteria. You will support backlog refinement, coordinate with Product Owners, UX/UI, Engineering and Operations, and validate functionality through QA/UAT against acceptance criteria.

The role requires experience in complex data environments, strong analytical thinking, and fluent Spanish. A hybrid work model is offered, with a 60% on-site expectation to collaborate effectively across

Responsabilidades

• Translate business needs into clear user stories, functional requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Support backlog refinement by documenting requirements, scope, and dependencies.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, UX/UI, Engineering and Operations teams to ensure delivery.
• Validate delivered functionality through reviews and QA/UAT against acceptance criteria.
• Identify product gaps, risks, dependencies and opportunities for improvement; escalate when needed.
• Support release planning and cross-team coordination for smooth delivery.

WHATYOU’LLDO

AsaProductAnalyst,thesewillbesomeofthekeyactivitiesinyourday-to-dayrole:

• Translatebusinessneedsintoclearuserstories,functionalrequirements,andacceptancecriteria.
• Supportbacklogrefinementbydocumentingrequirements,clarifyingscope,trackingdependencies,andensuringstoriesarereadyfordevelopment.
• CollaboratecloselywithProductOwners,UX/UI,Engineering,andOperationsteamstoensurealignmentandsuccessfuldelivery.
• ValidatedeliveredfunctionalitythroughfunctionalreviewsandsupportQAandUATagainstagreedacceptancecriteria.
