What You’ll Do

As a Product Owner, you will work closely with UX/UI designers, developers, QA engineers, and business stakeholders to turn the vision of our aviation data platform into reality.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Defining and prioritizing the product roadmap in line with business strategy.

  • Translating business requirements into epics and user stories.

  • Analyzing and validating requirements for completeness, feasibility, and alignment with standards.

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery.

  • Managing and prioritizing the product backlog based on roadmap and business priorities.

  • Participating actively in design, development, and testing phases.

  • Ensuring continuous product value aligned with customer and business needs.

  • Applying Scrum best practices in day-to-day work.

What We’re Looking For

Must-haves:

  • 3–5 years of experience as a Product Owner.

  • Experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, software testing, or product support.

  • Strong Agile background (Scrum or Kanban).

  • Agile Product Owner Certification and/or Scrum Master Certification and/or UX Design Certification.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.

  • Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence.

  • Positive, proactive attitude in fast-paced environments.

Nice-to-haves:

  • Knowledge of best practices in UX/UI collaboration.

  • HR Interview – A friendly conversation to understand your background and career aspirations.
  • Practical Exercise – Showcase your approach to product ownership and backlog management.
  • Final Interview – Meet the team and discuss the vision, roadmap, and your potential role in it.
