Our client is a global business in the automotive industry - world experts in their field, they have a strong history built on common goals and strong family values They are currently seeking a Product Owner to join their team.

As the Product Owner, you will develop and manage their cloud-based front office platform. You will need to understand the customers' priorities, negotiate what the new product will contain, and ultimately decide the order in which the product is built, within a Scrum framework. You'll be key in optimising the development process and ensuring the highest value delivery.

Responsibilities for the role of Product Owner Clearly express Product Backlog items.

Order and prioritise Product Backlog to achieve goals effectively.

Optimise the value of the development team's work, ensuring the Product Backlog is visible, transparent, and clear.

Collaborate with the team to refine Product Backlog items, adding detail, estimates, and order.

Authority to cancel a sprint if disruptive changes occur.

Participate in Sprint Planning, clarifying Product Backlog items and negotiating with the team.

Track remaining work in Sprint Reviews to evaluate progress towards goals.

Understand the client's business environment, needs, and project objectives.

Have a clear product vision and prioritise work efficiently.

Possess the authority and knowledge to make necessary decisions during the project.

Continuously analyse feedback from the business environment and the project.

Requirements for the role of Product Owner Solid experience as a Product Manager with a focus on customer journey.

Experience working in Agile teams following Scrum methodology.

University degree in IT.

Scrum certification is a plus.

Good level of English and fluent Spanish.
