EL Product Marketing Manager
In this role, you will own and implement key product marketing strategies for low voltage distribution boards and enclosures in Spain. You will be instrumental in executing marketing activities, enabling sales success, and enhancing team expertise to achieve our business goals..

This role is contributing to the Smart Power Division which is part of the Electrification Business in Spain. Main stakeholders are the local sales team, global Agile Units, ABB’s channel partners and end users.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Develop and implement impactful marketing strategies for our market-leading portfolio, including System Pro E Power main distribution boards and Gemini/Aria enclosures, defining compelling value propositions and ensuring clear product positioning aligned with global strategy.
- Drive market growth by understanding and addressing the needs of panel builders, system integrators, and end-users in the low-voltage distribution sector.
- Position ABB's enclosures and main distribution solutions as the foundation for safe, reliable, and efficient electrical installations across various applications (industrial, commercial, residential).
- Own and achieve product marketing targets and budgets, proactively monitoring progress and implementing improvement plans to ensure success.
- Create and execute the annual marketing plan in collaboration with relevant teams, developing business plans focused on market growth.
- Lead market analysis efforts with the sales team, generating accurate forecasts and plans based on customer research, market conditions, and competitor insights.
- Enable sales execution by providing targeted materials and strategic guidance to sales teams.
- Enhance sales team effectiveness through comprehensive product knowledge training (technical and sales) and fostering a culture of knowledge sharing.

Qualifications for the role
- You enjoy working with low voltage systems and the distribution and energy management market
- Strong technical understanding of low-voltage main distribution switchboards, electrical enclosures (metal and thermoplastic), and related configuration/design principles.
- Deep knowledge of relevant IEC standards (e.g., IEC 61439) for low-voltage switchgear and controlgear assemblies is highly desirable.
- Experience working with or marketing to panel builders, electrical consultants, or system integrators is a plus.
- Possess an enhanced knowledge of Product Information Management (PIM) systems, Marketing Automation and Analytics, CRM and Sales Enablement tools, Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), Collaboration Tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Slack, Zoom).
- Working knowledge of electrical configuration software (e.g., ABB E-Configure) and CAD tools is considered a strong advantage.
- You are innovative around problem-solving, communication and presentation skills
- Extensive knowledge of low voltage distribution systems
- You are at ease communicating in Spanish and English
- You hold current visa/work permit valid in Spain
