Ink Innovation is looking for a talented Product Marketing Manager to join our business development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to launch our products and engage our target audience. You will initiate product marketing activities in collaboration with the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), Art Director, and Product teams.

Job Responsibilities

  • Create go-to-market strategies and determine product-market fit for various products.
  • Lead product launches by collaborating with departments and stakeholders to define release processes, objectives, and success metrics, while managing cross-functional teams for successful outcomes.
  • Plan product marketing campaigns, collaborating closely with the CMO and Art Director.
  • Conduct thorough research on competitors and provide internal teams with concise briefings on relevant competitor activities.
  • Develop expertise in our target audience by creating segmentation frameworks and buyer personas.
  • Educate client-facing teams (Sales, Marketing, Support, etc.) on new products / features and collaborate with these teams to ensure the value is clear across diverse audiences.
  • Translate new features and product releases into relevant sales and marketing collateral, training videos, and knowledge base articles. Support key content such as case studies, videos, website copy, and blog posts.
  • Lean into key differentiators and value drivers to drive messaging creation that resonates with each audience.

Experience and Qualifications

  • 5+ years of marketing experience, with 3+ product marketing in the B2B SaaS.
  • Strong marketing competencies across strategic planning, segmentation, positioning and messaging, content creation, and storytelling.
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, visual), both for internal audiences and customer-facing messaging.
  • The ability to present new products and write engaging copy, telling the ‘story’ of products for various marketing channels and audiences.
  • Collaborative skills : As a product marketing manager, you must collaborate with multiple teams across the business : marketing and sales, client support and senior executives.
  • Digital-savvy and prompt engineering skills : Crafting targeted prompts for AI and workflows to build product digital libraries and automate content creation and other processes.
  • Research skills : Techniques knowledge into gaining insight into customer needs through data analysis, surveys, and customer interviews.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English is essential.
