We are seeking a results-driven Product Marketing Manager to lead the marketing efforts for our B2C subscription product.
  1. Marketing Strategy Development: Craft and execute marketing campaigns to acquire, engage, and retain subscribers, leveraging paid, organic, and partnership channels.
  2. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Product, Content, and Community teams to align marketing initiatives with product updates and audience needs.
  3. Growth Hacking & Experimentation: Generate and test innovative ideas to optimize subscriber acquisition and engagement, using data-driven insights.
  4. Partnerships & Engagement: Identify and leverage partnerships, influencers, and community engagement to drive awareness and conversions.
  5. Performance Tracking & Optimization: Monitor key KPIs, analyze performance data, and continuously refine strategies to maximize ROI.
Minimum Requirements:
  • 3+ years in product marketing, growth marketing, or a similar role, with a focus on subscription-based business models.
  • Hands-on experience with digital marketing, paid advertising, and user acquisition.
  • Ability to analyze key performance metrics and adapt strategies based on data insights.
  • Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
