About the Opportunity

MoonPay is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join the Product Marketing team. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role where you’ll define, develop, and go to market with products that power top Web3 apps and platforms.

You’ll collaborate with Product, Design, Growth, Social, and Enterprise teams to bring our product suite to life — from white-labeled crypto experiences to on-ramping and payout infrastructure.

At an inflection point, expanding beyond traditional offerings, you’ll shape our platform’s positioning, craft industry-resonant narratives, align product development, and lead go-to-market strategies. Reporting to the Director of Product Marketing, you’ll help scale product development and our GTM engine.

Responsibilities

  • Shape product directions using market trends, data, and customer insights
  • Define target audiences and craft resonant messaging and positioning
  • Lead go-to-market strategies for new B2B products and features
  • Collaborate across teams to understand customer needs and develop value propositions
  • Create enablement materials like pitch decks and product briefs
  • Track success metrics for campaigns and launches
  • Conduct market research for differentiation and roadmap decisions
  • Serve as a storyteller for our B2B platform, highlighting how MoonPay helps businesses
  • Continuously improve the product journey to boost discoverability and engagement

Projects

  • Manage MoonPay’s crypto infrastructure products including on / off-ramps, payouts, and embedded experiences
  • Enhance and position the full product experience
  • Work with teams to craft messaging for enterprise and developer audiences
  • Use data and insights to inform strategies and content
  • Participate in defining product marketing in the crypto era
  • Support launches and enhancements within the B2B ecosystem

About You

  • 7+ years in B2B product marketing, ideally in crypto wallets, fintech, SaaS, or crypto infrastructure
  • Proven success in product launches and storytelling
  • Strategic thinker with ability to simplify complex concepts
  • Collaborative and influential across teams
  • Storyteller adept at tailoring messaging
  • Proactive, curious, and ownership-driven

Bonus : Experience marketing APIs or platform products to developers or enterprise buyers.
