SIMPLEX Recruitment is seeking a seasoned professional to lead the global Wire & Cable product strategy, bridging technical, commercial and strategic domains across R&D, sales and marketing.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, identify application opportunities, and monitor industry trends to drive growth in the Wire & Cable materials sector. Travel to customers and events will be required.

Formación

• 5+ years in product management, technical marketing or application development in Wire & Cable materials.
• Strong technical knowledge in polymers and plastics processing.
• Familiarity with producers’ requirements, specifications and approval processes.
• Excellent cross-cultural and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally to customers, trade shows and sites.
• Knowledge and networking within the Wire & Cable industry.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and implement the global Wire & Cable product strategy.
• Cross-functional collaboration with local and global sales and R&D teams.
• Partner with Sales and Technical teams to identify application opportunities.
• Monitor industry trends, regulations and competitor offerings in the Wire & Cable space.
• Coordinate the OEM co-operations across the global sales teams.
• Strategy development for the Wire & Cable R&D teams.
• Support Marketing with product contents and technical collateral.

This role bridges technical, commercial and strategic domains – working closely with R&D, sales, marketing and key players to drive growth within the Wire & Cable segment, covering comprehensive spectrum of polymer materials used in production within the Wire & Cable sector.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in product management, technical marketing or application development in the Wire & Cable materials industry.
• Strong technical knowledge in polymers and plastics processing.
• Familiarity with Wire & Cable producers’ requirements, specifications and approval processes.
• Excellent cross-cultural and communication skills.
• Knowledge and networking withing the Wire & Cable industry.
• Willingness to travel, also abroad, to customers, trade shows and manufacturing sites.
