Hitachi Energy is seeking a Global Product Manager in the SFC portfolio to drive long-term profitable growth and marketing for targeted market segments. You will manage the portfolio lifecycle, lead cross-functional teams across hardware and software, and shape value propositions and launches across Europe, including Madrid or Milan.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or similar.
• Postgraduate qualification in Marketing, Strategy, or Business (e.g., MBA) preferred.
• 5-10 years of experience in product marketing, product management, or product technology in a tech organization.
• Proven ability to influence and work with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams.
• Solid knowledge of industrial hardware and software development.
• Familiarity with the medium voltage market, customers, competition, and standards preferred.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills to manage multiple priorities.
• Collaborative, solutions-oriented approach with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• High level of fluency in English.
• Ideal locations are Madrid or Milan; other European locations could be considered.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the entire product life cycle for the portfolio, including hardware and software.
• Lead market intelligence analysis to identify trends and competitive positioning.
• Define and maintain the portfolio roadmap with new developments, enhancements, and phase-outs.
• Prioritize and oversee product development with cross-functional teams.
• Define value propositions per segment and channel to support marketing strategies.
• Improve product management processes and tools like configurators and lifecycle management.
• Drive cross-functional innovation and support R&D for IP protection.
