At Procare Health, a Spanish pharmaceutical company with international presence, we are dedicated to the development and commercialization of innovative and scientifically proven solutions for women’s health.

We are currently looking for a Product Manager Trainee to join our Marketing team. This is a great opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in product strategy, campaign development and cross‑functional collaboration within a dynamic and international environment.

What you’ll do

• Support the development and execution of marketing plans and product strategies.
• Collaborate in the creation and adaptation of marketing materials for different channels and markets.
• Assist in the analysis of market trends, competitors and product performance.
• Support the coordination of campaigns and promotional activities.
• Contribute to the preparation of presentations and internal reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Medical, Regulatory, Sales, etc.).
• Support the organization of scientific events and congresses.
• Assist in the monitoring of KPIs and performance metrics.

What we’re looking for

• Degree or Master’s in Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences or a related field.
• Strong interest in marketing and the healthcare/pharmaceutical sector.
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
• High level of English is a must
• Availability to establish an internship agreement is required.
