The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s or master’s degree and at least 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical sector. Proficiency in Spanish and English is essential, along with strong digital skills. The position will require some travel in the field.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience as a Brand or Product Manager in a Pharmaceutical company.
• Native Spanish speaker with fluent English skills.
• Willingness to travel at least 20% of the time.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement brand marketing strategies and tactics
• Plan and execute marketing activities and promotional campaigns
• Organize and lead events, presentations, and customer engagements
• Adapt and create local promotional materials aligned with HQ guidelines
• Train and support the field force with brand-related knowledge
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and opinion leaders
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing
• Manage marketing budget efficientlyEnsure compliance with all regulations and industry standards

We value candidates who have

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree
• Minimum 3 years of prior experiences as a successful Brand or Product Manager in a Pharmaceutical company
• Native in Spanish and fluent in English
• Knowledge of MS Office and digital skills
• Driving license
• Willing to travel and work on the field at least 20% of the time
