Position Overview

Location : Madrid, Community of Madrid, Spain

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the launch of new products with various company departments (R&D, Industrial, Planning).
• Analyze market, consumer, and cost structure in collaboration with the Brand Manager to identify volume opportunities and optimize profitability.
• Propose actions to develop the Marketing Plan and oversee the execution to meet market needs.
• Contribute to building a strong brand positioning internally and externally.
• Support innovation needs, including new products or formats, ensuring alignment with consumer preferences and market strategies.

Requirements

• Higher education degree, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or similar.
• Previous experience as a Product Manager in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods sector.
• Strong analysis, management, and communication skills.
• Cultural fit with the company.

Valuable :

• High proficiency in English.
