The Role

We're looking for a sharp, user-focused Product Manager to help us build the future of rewarded gaming. You’ll play a key role in defining product strategy, shaping the user experience, and delivering features that delight players while driving growth, engagement, and monetization.

This role requires a strong blend of product thinking, data fluency, and execution skills. You’ll collaborate closely with engineering, design, growth, and leadership to bring high-impact features to life.

What You’ll Do

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle: from discovery and ideation to execution, launch, and iteration
• Shape and prioritize the product roadmap aligned with company goals and user needs
• Analyze player behavior using product analytics (e.g., Mixpanel, Firebase) to identify opportunities and measure outcomes
• Design and optimize core app experiences including onboarding, reward flows, and games integration
• Drive A/B tests and experiments to improve engagement, retention, and monetization metrics
• Work closely with the engineering and design teams to deliver smooth, scalable features
• Collaborate with UA, marketing, and monetization teams to align product and business efforts
• Advocate for our players, always ensuring the experience is intuitive, rewarding, and fun
