Openbank, the digital bank of Santander Group, seeks a Product Manager in Madrid to own a key area of the mobile app and drive discovery through delivery with measurable outcomes. You will partner with Engineering, Design, Data, Operations, and Compliance to shape a simple, connected user experience, using data-informed decisions and rapid iteration.

Formación

• +4-6 years in product management, owning consumer app experiences end‑to‑end – from discovery and prioritization through launch, optimisation and measurable outcomes.
• Experience working with a cross‑functional squad in a complex, product‑led organisation.
• Strong product sense and ability to build simple, intuitive mobile‑first customer experiences.

Responsabilidades

• Own the roadmap and prioritisation for a product area or customer journey within the Openbank app.
• Work with Engineering, Design, Data and business partners to align the squad around clear customer and business outcomes.
• Define and track product metrics across activation, engagement, conversion, retention, self‑service and customer satisfaction.
• Lead product discovery using customer feedback, UX research, product data and experimentation.
• Identify customer friction and opportunities to simplify complex banking journeys.
