We are looking for a Healthcare Solutions Product Manager who will develop and plan marketing strategies for new or existing company products in coordination with senior management. Establish strategies in collaboration with the sales team.

Responsibilities include:

1. Supporting the sales team by preparing, validating, and transmitting specific commercial sales arguments, and providing necessary training and coaching.
2. Creating and developing local marketing plans, coordinating strategies, handling complaints, and identifying opportunities with clinical specialists.
3. Participating in the design and review of marketing materials such as brochures and promotional stands.
4. Organizing and participating in external scientific and clinical events to stay updated and promote products.
5. Conducting market studies, analyzing customer and competition data, and identifying new business opportunities with Key Opinion Leaders.
6. Managing product launches by developing strategies and marketing plans aligned with the 4P's of marketing.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences or related field.
• Experience in healthcare sales, marketing, or scientific roles, preferably within hospitals.
• Proficiency in English (minimum B2).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Self-motivated with strong work ethic, judgment, attention to detail, and results orientation.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Willingness to travel approximately 30-40% of the time.
