Product Manager (Full remote within Spain)

We're looking for a Product Manager to join our product team and play a key role in building innovative solutions that exceed customer expectations. In this role, you will drive the development and execution of our product strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring impactful products to life. You'll leverage cutting-edge technology and data-driven insights to create products that bring additional value to our project and enhance our users' experience.

Key Responsibilities :

• Define and drive the product strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market needs.
• Effectively manage multiple projects and details while maintaining a clear focus on the big picture.
• Lead cross-functional teams to conceive and develop new product concepts, establish development milestones, and manage the implementation and subsequent rollout.
• Explore AI tools and new technologies to bring innovation and improve our products.
• Prioritize product initiatives by balancing business impact, customer needs, and technical feasibility, using data to guide decisions.
• Work closely with engineering, design, and stakeholders to define clear roadmaps and delivery plans.
• Analyze product performance and market trends to make data-driven decisions.
• Monitor and analyze competitors to inform strategic product decisions and maintain market competitiveness.
• Identify new opportunities and collaborate with stakeholders to come up with creative and mutually beneficial solutions to business.

Requirements :

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in tech-focused companies.
• Proven track record of managing projects with multiple development teams.
• Expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.), with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Strong UX sense : You know what makes a great user experience and have worked on products that are simple, easy to use, and impactful for customers.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and a solid understanding of how AI can be leveraged in product development.
• Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams and drive execution.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong focus on delivery.
