Job description

Join our Product team as a Product Manager and contribute to the development of user-centric solutions that make the contracting experience seamless for clients and suppliers. You will work closely with experienced product leaders and cross-functional teams (design, engineering, marketing, sales) to enhance the platform, improve adoption, and deliver an exceptional user journey.

Your missions

• Support the analysis of market trends, user feedback, and competitor insights to identify product opportunities

• Assist in product discovery activities to inform roadmap and decision-making

• Collaborate with design, marketing, and sales teams to improve user acquisition and engagement

• Contribute to building and maintaining the product roadmap in alignment with company goals

• Participate in the development, testing, and rollout of new features

• Help monitor product KPIs and user data to evaluate performance and iterate

• Work within agile teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery

Your profile

• 0–2 years of experience in product management, internships, or related roles

• Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or similar field

• Analytical mindset with interest in data-informed product development

• Effective communicator who enjoys teamwork and cross-functional collaboration

• Interest in technology, UX, and the product lifecycle

• Self-starter, able to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment

• Exposure to agile methodologies or design thinking is a plus

• Interest in marketplace or AI products is a bonus

• Mastering generative AI such as ChatGPT for improving day-to-day productivity.
