About The Role:

As Product Managers at Printful & Printify, you will drive product vision and strategy, delivering high-value solutions for merchants and print providers. You will collaborate with engineers, designers, data scientists, researchers, and business leaders to develop and execute products, focusing on Embedded Products and Snow Commerce apps.

Embedded Products are used by large Enterprise customers to enable merchants to design and sell print products seamlessly. Snow Commerce, a subsidiary of Printful, manages e-commerce presence for brands like Paramount and Netflix. Your focus will be on building internal tools to support these operations.

The ideal candidate has experience in user-facing products and internal tools for diverse internal customers.

Your Daily Tasks will include:

• Product Strategy: Define and implement multi-year visions, balancing short-term and long-term goals.
• Market Research: Conduct research and analysis to identify growth opportunities, using data and market insights.
• User-centric Design: Collaborate with design teams to create intuitive interfaces.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead teams to define requirements, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery.
• Feature Development: Prioritize features based on customer feedback and business goals.
• Performance Tracking: Establish KPIs and monitor product success.
• Customer Engagement: Develop strategies to increase engagement and retention.
• User Testing and Feedback: Gather feedback and iterate on features for optimal user experience.

Qualifications:

• Experience in eCommerce or online marketplaces
• Passion for solving complex problems with innovative solutions
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Knowledge of software engineering best practices
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban methodologies
• Strong project management skills
• Data-driven decision making
• Experience with user-facing product management and experimentation (A/B testing)
• High energy, teamwork, and adaptability in fast-paced environments
