Job summary

Twinco Capital in Madrid is seeking a Product Manager to own initiatives end-to-end, from discovery through delivery and iteration. You will translate business needs into concrete product plans and collaborate with tech, operations and commercial teams to ship value.

In this hands-on role, you’ll manage backlogs in Jira, define KPIs, and partner with UX/UI to deliver user-friendly experiences. Fluency in English and Spanish is required, and you will work in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Qualifications

Own end-to-end product initiatives from discovery to delivery.
Define and monitor product KPIs; translate business needs into requirements.
Collaborate with UX/UI and engineers to deliver user-focused features.

Responsibilities

Lead discovery through user interviews, stakeholder input and data review to identify problems worth solving.
Own end-to-end product execution: discovery to delivery, launch and iteration.
Define and monitor product KPIs; use data to evaluate shipped features.
Translate roadmap initiatives into clear product requirements and acceptance criteria.
Write clear product specifications and user stories for engineering execution.
Maintain a well-structured backlog in Jira and document decisions in Notion.
Collaborate with UX/UI to deliver intuitive experiences and work with backend/frontend teams.
