Job summary

Tuyo is a fintech product company based between Madrid and Miami. You will own product decisions, the look and feel, and the user experience across crypto wallets, stablecoins, and traditional banking rails.

You will work at the intersection of design and product, accountable for calm, simple, intuitive experiences powered by a strong design system. We are a small, product-minded team offering top market compensation (€50,000–€85,000/year) plus equity.

Qualifications

• Design end-to-end product experiences for consumer mobile apps.
• Demonstrate strong user empathy and clear decision rationale.
• Showcase ability to work with design systems and scalable UI patterns.
• Experience with AI-assisted design tools or workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define user journeys and jobs-to-be-done for the product.
• Frame problems and decide what goes into the design and what stays out.
• Design information architecture, flows, interactions and visuals end-to-end.
• Collaborate with engineers to ship features quickly and with quality.
