Abacum is seeking a product manager to own a core product pillar and drive strategy, roadmap, and outcomes. You’ll collaborate across design, engineering, and finance teams to translate ideas into rapid, valuable features.

You’ll thrive in ambiguity, build structured plans, and influence product discipline while shaping the company culture. A strong entrepreneurial spirit is highly valued.

Formación

• Experience building complex products with multiple end-user personas.
• Ability to work with engineers and designers.
• Strong collaboration and communication across teams.

Responsabilidades

• Understand customer needs and identify market/ business problems.
• Define and prioritize problems; communicate priorities to stakeholders and team.
• Develop solutions with design and engineering; break into iterative steps delivering value.
• Own end-to-end product lifecycle: write user stories and ensure clarity for delivery.
• Measure success with key metrics; iterate based on data and feedback to hit goals.
• Foster team collaboration; align goals and deliverables across squads.
