Job summary

Arionkoder is seeking a strategic Product Manager to own the lifecycle of AI products, crafting roadmaps and researching user needs. You will lead a team of developers and a designer to drive features from concept to launch.

You will partner with Tech Leads and UX/UI to shape capabilities, and work with the Project Manager to keep milestones on track. This role embraces a dynamic remote culture and entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap: translate objectives into a roadmap for engineering and design.
• Partner cross-functionally to shape features from an engineering stance and UX/UI design.
• Drive execution with the Project Manager by breaking the roadmap into trackable items.
• Be accountable: commit to deliverables and timelines, and report progress.
• Lead client demos and clearly communicate product value to prospective clients.
• Align the roadmap with Arionkoder's broader innovation strategy and stakeholders.

We are on the lookout for a strategic and dynamic Product Manager to lead and innovate in managing the full lifecycle of our AI products. This role involves crafting strategic roadmaps, deeply understanding user needs through diligent research, and leading a team of developers and a designer. The ideal candidate will be experienced in driving products from conception to launch, adept at iterating based on real user feedback, and skilled at managing cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products on schedule.

What you'll do

• Own the roadmap: translate already-defined business objectives and priorities into a roadmap the engineering and design teams can execute, sequencing what matters now versus later.
• Partner cross-functionally: work with the Tech Lead to shape features from an engineering standpoint, and with UX/UI to define how they should be designed.
• Drive execution: work with the Project Manager to break the roadmap into trackable sub-items and keep delivery on schedule.
• Be accountable, out loud: commit to concrete deliverables — a weekly status report, a decision by a set date — and deliver on them consistently.
• Lead client demos: run product demos with prospective clients and communicate clearly the value.
• Align with the business: keep the roadmap connected to Arionkoder's broader innovation strategy, working directly with business stakeholders.
