Job summary

Ariya, the AI business unit of phamax, is seeking a marketing storyteller to raise its profile across pharma audiences. You will plan campaigns, craft LinkedIn content and white papers, and prototype AI ideas that demonstrate impact.

The role offers remote collaboration with teams in Switzerland and India, plus the opportunity to own campaigns from concept to execution and speaker appearances.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in marketing, content or communications.
• Strong visuals: clean, professional decks and social assets.
• Pharma, healthcare or life sciences experience is a plus.
• Hands-on with AI tools beyond chatbots (HeyGen, Hyperframe, no-code prototyping).
• Strong writer in English who can simplify complex topics.
• Organised, autonomous and comfortable wearing many hats.
• Experience working remotely with teams across countries.

Responsibilities

• Plan and run marketing activities to raise Ariya's profile.

Ariya is the AI business unit of phamax, a Swiss pharma consulting and technology company based in Zug. We help pharma commercial teams stop staring at static dashboards and start making smarter decisions, faster. Think decision intelligence, AI agents and real business impact, built by people who actually know how pharma works.

We’re a small, ambitious team with big clients and bigger plans. Now we need someone to help us tell the story.

What you’ll do (a.k.a. never be bored)

• Plan and run marketing activities that put Ariya on the map


• Create scroll-stopping content for LinkedIn and other social channels


• Build small AI prototypes (the idea is always be ahead of the curve regarding what AI allows us to do)


• Produce short videos with AI (again) that people actually want to watch


• Research and write white papers that make pharma leaders say “huh, interesting”


• Organise webinars, from guest booking to the follow-up journey


• Land interviews, podcast slots and speaking opportunities


• Launch and optimise small LinkedIn campaigns

The job will start with a 3 months contract and then extend to a longer term contract

Who you are

• 5 to 10 years of experience in marketing, content or communications


• A strong eye for design: you create clean, professional visuals, decks and social assets that make people stop scrolling


• Pharma, healthcare or life sciences experience is a big plus


• Hands-on with AI tools beyond the usual chatbots, such as HeyGen, Hyperframe or no-code prototyping tools


• A strong writer in English who can turn complex topics into simple stories


• Organised, autonomous and happy to wear many hats


• Comfortable working remotely with our teams in Switzerland and India
