About Us

At Fundraise Up, we are reimagining the fundraising platform to create the most convenient and fastest way to donate to non-profit foundations. Our innovation is aimed at enhancing loading speeds, boosting conversion rates, offering diverse payment methods, and more. Each month, individuals worldwide donate tens of millions of dollars through our platform. We are the go-to fundraising solution for some of the world's leading non-profit organizations. UNICEF, The Obama Foundation, the Alzheimer's Association, and many others leverage our platform for their online fundraising needs.

Team Our company has over 300 employees. Our New York office houses the marketing, sales and onboarding. Product decisions, design, and development are done remotely. The team is strong, and that’s one of the best parts — it’s always exciting to work alongside talented people who are open to sharing their experience. Colleagues are always ready to help find great solutions. Asking questions and sharing knowledge is encouraged. The product team is Russian-speaking and fully autonomous. It consists of just twelve people who manage product development at a detailed and prioritization level — and they could use some help.

Key Responsibilities Drive the development of a product aimed at attracting large enterprise customers. Define the product development strategy — for example, deciding which directions will bring the most value in attracting new customers. Conduct in-depth research on the market and potential customers. Understand their needs, evaluate competitor solutions, and identify how our product can outperform them. Collaborate with stakeholders, clients, analysts, product owners, designers, and developers. Present product work, answer questions, and stay aligned with marketing, support, customer success, and sales teams. Take full ownership, stay involved across all areas, and keep a hundred things in mind at once : )

Advanced English : Excellent command of English (C1 or higher) to communicate confidently with English-speaking team members and clients.

A Few Important Notes We work remotely, but our core hours are 9 : 00 to 18 : 00 CET. During this time, we actively collaborate through calls and discussions. Final compensation will depend on your experience, performance on the test assignment and technical interview, as well as your country of residence.

Why Join Us We're building a strong team of passionate people, each bringing their own unique experience — and eager to share it. There’s no complex hierarchy here; everyone is just a Zoom call away. Almost all financial data is transparent, and we regularly share how the product, sales, and support work, where our customers come from, how we make money, and what’s new and exciting. We believe in long-term relationships and offer stock options. The company is growing fast — just last year, we doubled our key metrics.

Our compensation package includes comprehensive benefits and perks, meaningful equity, and a competitive salary :
