Job title: Product Manager Dupixent Respiratorio

About the job

Prepare the market launch of new COPD indications (pre-marketing & launch) by planning and executing all internal and external activities necessary for a successful launch that exceeds expectations.

Main responsibilities:

  1. Lead the strategy and preparation of the annual business plan for the assigned indication, aligning with the objectives and guidelines of the Therapeutic Area Leader (TAL).
  2. Analyze the market and competition, utilizing reports, studies, field visits, and consultations to adapt actions, identify opportunities, and propose strategies to anticipate market evolution.
  3. Coordinate with the Global Marketing Team to ensure alignment with global brand strategies and tactics at the affiliate level.
  4. Implement the business plan effectively in collaboration with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Public Affairs, Communication, Business Excellence, and Sales teams.
  5. Manage and optimize the A&P budget for the brand to achieve set objectives.
  6. Gather insights from external stakeholders to inform marketing strategies and tactical plans.
  7. Maintain a thorough understanding of market realities and customer perceptions through continuous engagement with the sales team to ensure marketing actions meet market needs.
  8. Lead marketing training initiatives for current and new team members in collaboration with the medical department.
  9. Build external support for the product by engaging in conferences, meetings, and partnerships with opinion leaders and medical societies.

About you

Required experiences:

Training and knowledge

  1. Higher education in health sciences, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields, preferably with a marketing specialization.
  2. Languages: English and Spanish.
  3. Advanced skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Experience

  1. Experience as a Product Manager is required.
  2. Sales experience is a plus.
  3. Experience in analytics-driven roles (Market Access, Trade, Data Analytics) is a plus.
