Randstad Spain is seeking a seasoned marketer to own brand and product marketing strategy in Madrid. You will shape the go-to-market for multiple products, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive campaigns that align with business goals. Job Responsibilities

• Contributes the definition and development of brand and product marketing strategy for the launch of products, platforms, services and commercial initiatives
• Leverages data insights to influence high-level strategic decision-making across the organization.
• Spearheads the application of market research findings into the development and optimization of communication strategies and creative concepts, ensuring alignment with overarching business goals and the success of key campaigns
• Provides expert advice to management and cross-functional teams in resolving critical brand and product-related challenges to maintain alignment with project timelines, deliverable commitments and the overarching strategic objectives
• Contributes to the delivery of product innovation, roadmaps, and enhancements to features and functionality against team and organizational goals.
• Encourages cross-functional contribution to projects, to translate the vision into tangible products and executable plans that advance the organization’s strategic objectives
• Implements standards, practices and programs that meet organizational and local regulations while contributing to the brand and product marketing vision and strategy
