Randstad Spain is seeking a dynamic sales operations professional to coordinate day-to-day activities, manage contracts and pricing proposals, and support client projects.

The role offers teleworking after six months, flexible hours, extensive training, and a pathway to internal mobility, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and building long-term client relationships across Spain.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinates day-to-day sales operations tasks, ensuring everything runs smoothly and is delivered in a timely manner
• Coordinates sales-related documentation, including contracts, pricing agreements, and proposals
• Supports the sale of client projects; listens for possible extend/expand opportunities in client interactions to promote additional placements
• Gathers and organizes sales data, ensuring that all necessary information is available for sales performance analysis
• Coordinates customer databases and ensures information is categorized and updated for easy access
• Responds promptly to customer inquiries and ensures a smooth customer experience
