Responsabilidades

• Grade Descriptor
• Assesses operational talent profiles based on required skills, experience, and qualifications for specific short term/project based and long term job assignments
• Conducts performance evaluations and provides feedback to operational talent to support their development
• Determines training programs by identifying relevant learning sessions based on skill gaps
• Analyzes KPIs related to operational talent engagement, productivity, and cost savings to support workforce planning optimization
• Supports redeployment of operational talent by identifying and matching them with appropriate opportunities
• Supports operational talent with tools and guidance for career mobility, based on skills and experience
• Develops a robust pool of operational talents through networking
• Grows knowledge of the company, processes and customers
• Performs structured work assignments related to discipline
• Uses existing policies, procedures to solve routine problems
• Receives supervision from more senior roles
• Impacts quality of own work and works within guidelines
• Explains factual information of limited complexity to others in straightforward situations
