Lantek Sheet Metal Solutions, S.L.U. is seeking a strategic Product Manager - Digital Machine Platform to define vision, strategy and roadmap for connecting Lantek's software with physical manufacturing environments.

You will lead post-processing, CNC and machine configuration evolution, ensuring multi-vendor compatibility and scalable asset management across the ecosystem. English fluency and strong stakeholder skills are essential.

Formación

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Automation, Computer Science or a related discipline.
• Advanced level of English.
• Proven experience as a Product Manager within CAD/CAM, CNC, industrial automation or manufacturing software.
• Strong understanding of CNC postprocessors, machine connectivity, controller behaviour or machine configuration.
• Knowledge of industrial communication protocols and connected manufacturing environments.
• Experience working with machine-tool builders, CNC controller manufacturers or industrial technology partners is valued.
• Familiarity with cloud-based platforms, distributed architectures, automation or AI in industrial software is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own the vision, strategy and roadmap for the Digital-to-Machine Platform, balancing current evolution with future foundations.
• Lead evolution of post-processing, CNC and machine configuration capabilities across a multi-vendor ecosystem.
• Define a global approach for managing postprocessors and machine-specific assets throughout their lifecycle.
• Shape connectivity capabilities for software to communicate with physical equipment and provide machine data to applications.
• Enable faster, more consistent support for new machines, controllers and technologies while preserving flexibility.
• Engage with customers, subsidiaries, specialists, builders, controller manufacturers and partners to align needs with priorities.
• Collaborate with engineering and other product teams to define measurable outcomes and cohesive evolution.
• Apply advances in software architecture, cloud services, automation and AI to improve scalability and delivery.
