Lantek is hiring a DBI Consultant to drive the evaluation, implementation, and evolution of digital and business applications at a corporate level. You will bridge business and technology, identifying opportunities for digital transformation, process improvements, automation, and innovation.

Formación

• Experience in digital transformation and enterprise application implementation (CRM/ERP/BI).
• Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture (TOGAF preferred).
• Familiarity with ITIL/ITSM practices and AI governance.
• Agile project management experience (Scrum/Kanban); PRINCE2/PMBOK or Six Sigma a plus.
• Experience defining KPIs/OKRs and business performance metrics (Power BI preferred).
• Strong SDLC understanding and interest in AI, automation and emerging tech.

• Define target architecture, data flows, integrations and governance standards.
• Establish AI governance and oversee technology adoption across the organization.

What will your role be?

The DBI Consultant is responsible for driving the evaluation, implementation, and evolution of digital and business applications at a corporate level, ensuring alignment between technology, business needs, and strategic objectives.

The role acts as a bridge between business and technology, identifying opportunities for digital transformation, process improvement, automation, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Business Applications Program: Lead the implementation and rollout of business applications, including CMS, CRM, CPQ, ERP, and productivity platforms. Oversee stabilization and transition of implemented solutions into ongoing support and operational teams.
• Enterprise & Application Architecture: Define and govern the target technology landscape, ensuring alignment between corporate applications, data flows, integrations, and business requirements. Establish architecture principles and make key technology decisions upfront to ensure scalable and sustainable solutions.
• Technology Standards & AI Governance: Define technology and data standards, selection criteria, and governance frameworks, incorporating AI capabilities as a key requirement. Establish and oversee policies for the responsible and consistent adoption of AI across the organization.
• Innovation & Emerging Technology – FDE Capability: Establish and manage an internal Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE) capability to evaluate AI-based technologies, design target processes, and lead end-to-end technology migrations and adoption within the business.

Ideal Profile:

• Studies in Computer Engineering or similar.
• Experience in digital transformation and enterprise application implementation, including CRM, ERP, BI, or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture, preferably TOGAF.
• Knowledge of ITIL and IT Service Management practices.
• Experience with Agile project management methodologies (Scrum/Kanban); PRINCE2, PMBOK, or Six Sigma is a plus.
• Experience defining KPIs, OKRs, and business performance metrics, preferably using Power BI.
• General knowledge of SDLC, from requirements and design through testing and deployment.
• Knowledge or experience in AI, automation, and emerging technologies is highly valued.
• Advanced English. German, French, or other languages are a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, organized, and results-oriented.
