Cytora is the digital risk processing AI-powered platform that enables commercial insurers to digitise all interactions with brokers, facilitating optimized risk workflows and control over the target portfolio. Cytora integrates data, processes, and people to create multi-step risk flows that maximize efficiency and differentiate risk processing based on risk appetite, portfolio, and automation goals.

Resolve and Enrich are core actions powering our end-to-end risk digitization service. These modules unify trusted data sources across commercial and specialty insurance, along with custom internal data sets, reducing costs associated with accessing, integrating, and operationalizing data across various lines of business.

You will lead the transformation of this service into a fully self-service product, launch our data marketplace, and expand our partnerships.

Key Responsibilities :

Product Strategy & Roadmap : Contribute to the overall product strategy and develop a detailed roadmap for your assigned product area, aligned with the company's vision.

User Research & Analysis : Conduct user research, analyze user data, and gather market insights to understand user needs and identify opportunities for product improvement.

Market Research & Analysis : Conduct thorough market research, competitive analysis, and customer discovery to identify opportunities and unmet needs. Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies, especially within the AI / LLM landscape.

Requirements Gathering & Prioritisation : Elicit, analyze, and document product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Prioritize features based on business value, technical feasibility, and user impact.

Product Development & Execution : Collaborate with engineering, data, and design teams throughout the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

Communication & Collaboration : Effectively communicate product vision, roadmap, and progress to stakeholders. Foster strong cross-functional collaboration and build consensus.

A successful candidate will likely :

Be a builder — technically confident, hands-on, and capable of prototyping ideas.

Be curious and able to develop feature strategies based on experience and user research.

Discuss feasibility and refine strategies with engineering and data science teams.

Negotiate scope and balance this with desired delivery timelines.

Form opinions on feature vision and debate pros and cons within the team and with engineering.

Lead features from conception to production.

Operate under a strong opinions, weakly held philosophy, similar to our approach.
