Product Manager / Data Engineer

to help us achieve our goals.

Our product roadmap includes:

1. a system that collects data from multiple external sources, analyzes it, and makes recommendations to the investment team,
2. an AI-driven investment evaluation tool that supports decision-making by the investment committee,
3. a workflow tool that automates various parts of the investment process, among others.

Job description

• Define and maintain the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our data-centric and AI-driven solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis in data analytics, knowledge worker productivity, and workflow automation.
• Implement solutions using no-code and low-code platforms, focusing on data pipelines, analytics, and workflows.
• Perform coding tasks related to data manipulation, API integrations, and AI model implementation.

Requirements Motivation:

• Passionate about leveraging data, AI, and external partnerships to solve real-world problems.
• Strong interest in tech, startups, and integrating third-party solutions.
• Soft skills: Strong communication and collaboration skills, especially cross-functionally.
• Ability to make strategic build/buy/partner decisions in fast-paced environments.
• Hands-on and adaptable, capable of managing vendor relationships and technical integrations.

Hard skills:

• Experience evaluating and integrating third-party tools, APIs, and platforms.
• Proficiency in data integration: ETL, API integrations, data wrangling.
• Familiarity with AI/ML tools and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Strong skills in data analytics (SQL, Python, R) and workflow automation.
• Hands-on experience with no-code/low-code platforms.

Experience:

• Degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field.
• At least 2 years as a Product Manager or similar role.
• At least 2 years of hands-on software development experience.
