Descripción del empleo

Responsible for the overall performance of the product, overseeing it from inception and ideation through design, build, launch, growth, enhancement and eventual sunset. Creates product roadmap and identifies delivery channels, direction of product and product development needs. Defines product requirements and collaborates with cross functional teams to bring products to market (D&A, technology, sales, fulfillment, product marketing, finance, legal).

What you’ll do

  • Manage commercial products life cycle

  • Drive overall Market Understanding and identify customer needs by analyzing market and industry research

  • Lead prioritization of opportunities and assess opportunities for, and own development of, strategic partnerships

  • Support development of business cases and define product roadmap used in product strategy and planning sessions across the Product Delivery Value Stream

  • Collect, analyze and interpret data to reach conclusions and/or present insights and f indings to drive product lifecycle management decisions including enhancements and sunsetting

What experience you need

  • A minimum of 3 years in designing, developing, and overseeing financial products, particularly those related to credit

  • Proficiency in client risk cycle processes and product lifecycle management, essential for creating compliant and risk-mitigated products

  • Demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate teams across various departments, such as technology, marketing, and sales, ensuring effective interdepartmental communication

  • Experience in conducting market research to identify trends, understand consumer needs, and assess competitors, aiming to strategically position products in the market

  • Knowledge in managing technological projects, crucial for developing and enhancing digital products within the financial sector
