T-Systems Iberia is seeking a dynamic Product Manager to lead a growing portfolio from ideation to launch. You will shape vision, roadmaps, and go-to-market plans, collaborating with engineering, marketing, and sales to deliver value for customers.

The role requires 3–5 years in IT with cloud focus, strong analytics, and experience with Agile methods and product tools (JIRA, Trello, Asana). English fluent; German desirable. Hybrid work in Spain with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Completed studies in a technical, engineering or business subject or comparable professional training.
• 3-5 years of professional IT experience with cloud tech.
• Proven product manager experience with launches.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Experience with JIRA, Trello, or Asana.
• English fluent; German desirable.
• Supplier relationship management experience.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch.
• Define vision, roadmap, and prioritization based on customer needs.
• Collaborate with engineering to prioritize features and ensure timely delivery.
• Work with marketing on go-to-market strategies and messaging.
• Support sales with product expertise and enablement materials.
• Conduct market research and monitor KPIs.
• Analyze metrics to identify improvements.
