Deutsche Telekom AG through T-Systems Iberia seeks a Senior Platform Engineering Architect to lead cloud architecture initiatives across multiple client projects in Spain. The role emphasizes end-to-end platform engineering, SDLC governance, DevOps adoption, security, and observability.

The candidate will guide cross-functional teams, coordinate with customers, and drive the adoption of IDPs and GitOps practices while promoting agile methods and high technical standards.

Formación

• University degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in developing and implementing complex client software solutions.
• 5+ years as a technical leader defining Cloud architectures and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience implementing modern SDLC platforms including IDP, Everything as Code, and GitOps.
• Proficiency in designing and developing complex software across app, integration, and platform areas.

Responsabilidades

• Define optimal technological solutions for Platform Engineering projects, focusing on security, performance, automation, and resilience.
• Evaluate, select, and adopt technologies to improve the software development cycle.
• Ensure implemented solutions meet quality, safety, and efficiency standards.
• Technically lead software development teams and promote agile practices.
• Monitor code quality, performance, scalability, and security of solutions.
• Define and implement DevOps and CI/CD strategies based on Everything as Code and GitOps.
• Lead construction of assets to accelerate IDP deployment.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and standards.
