Job summary

DKB Code Factory is seeking a Product Manager — Cards to own the product roadmap and backlog for credit card experiences. You will translate strategic goals into prioritized, measurable delivery across web and mobile, driving cross-functional execution with Design and Engineering to improve adoption and business outcomes for a newly established product domain.

This role offers high ownership, collaboration with Design and Engineering, and the chance to build a strategic customer-facing product

Qualifications

• Proven product management experience owning roadmaps and backlogs for consumer-facing digital products.
• Strong discovery skills: customer interviews, usability testing, hypothesis validation and translating research into delivery-ready work.
• Data-driven: defining KPIs, instrumenting analytics, and iterating from insights.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and tools Jira, Confluence, Miro and Figma.
• Fluent English; Spanish preferred.
• You’re passionate about your work and balanced with your personal time.

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously evolve the Product Roadmap and Backlog for Credit Cards.
• Lead discovery activities and transform insights into epics and stories with acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate with Design, Engineering and QA to deliver accessible, high-quality releases.
• Define and monitor product KPIs, run experiments to improve activation and satisfaction.
• Refine backlog cadence and release planning to improve sprint predictability.
