Job summary

Finom is hiring Senior Product Designers for Credit & Cards, owning design from discovery through delivery and turning complex financial workflows into experiences that are simple, trustworthy, and easy to act on.

You’ll collaborate with Product, Engineering, Analytics and Research to shape end-to-end flows for credit applications, card issuance and repayment, translate compliance and risk rules into clear user journeys, and contribute to a scalable design system across platforms.

Qualifications

• A strong portfolio of user-centered design with polished interaction/visual craft.
• Fluent professional English and ability to defend design decisions in cross-functional squads.
• Experience designing platforms with multiple states, permissions, edge cases, and dependencies.
• 4+ years of experience owning complex, multi-step user flows.
• Hands-on experience with native mobile apps (iOS/Android) and mobile patterns.
• Regular use of AI tools for prototyping and research synthesis.
• Fintech, SaaS, or regulated/complex industries is a plus; lending/payments/KYC familiarity a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design for your domain—from problem framing to shipped UI.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and Analysts to scope work and define outcomes.
• Contribute to the design system, improving consistency, accessibility, and craft.
• Design credit application, card issuance, and repayment experiences that build trust.
• Translate compliance and risk requirements (KYC, disclosure) into clear user flows.
• Balance conversion goals with responsible communication of risk and cost to the customer.
