The role requires a skilled team player who can analyze market trends, engage with cross-functional teams, and drive product delivery while keeping an eye on customer satisfaction and business goals. Ideal candidates will have a robust background in business and technology, complemented by strong communication skills and a proven track record in product management.

The Product Manager at Crisalix must contribute to scale and constantly improve our surgeons and patients platforms. We are looking for a business and marketing-oriented team player, passionate about building products. The Product Manager is expected to contribute to her empowered product team with a solid knowledge of the various constraints of the business and our industry – for example constraints from marketing, sales, service, finance, legal, and privacy.

The Product Manager must also contribute to the product team with a deep knowledge of our customers (surgeons, clinics and patients using our products all around the world), and the data about how they engage with our products. Finally, the Product Manager is expected to track industry trends and the competitive landscape.

At Crisalix, we believe that consistent innovation is achieved when every member of the product team contributes their passion and ideas to solve our customers’ problems. As a Product Manager, you will need to work closely with teams of Engineers working on different technologies and with a Product Designer to discover effective solutions and bring them to market successfully.

Responsibilities

The main responsibilities of the Product Manager at Crisalix are divided in 2 continuous activities :

1. Discovery : Finding out what our customers love by analyzing data, industry trends and client interactions, more specifically :

  • Define, lead and execute a holistic product strategy for one or more of Crisalix's products.
  • Conduct extensive user and market research activities to identify opportunities and develop a deep understanding of our customers' needs - both surgeons and patients.
  • For each product initiative, document carefully the 'Why' and create a set of OKRs for our company roadmap.

2.Delivery : Building and delivering value to our customers with our development teams, more specifically :

  • Partner with a cross-functional team of engineers and designers to drive product development forward.
  • Communicate product vision, strategy, and development advancement to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Make constantly data-driven decisions to prioritize functionalities and measure success of our initiatives with a set of OKRs.

Our ideal candidate for the Product Manager (Business & Marketing Solutions) role at Crisalix would have :

  • 4-5 years working on technology-powered products as a business-oriented product manager.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field or equivalent practical experience.
  • Demonstrated understanding of the techniques and methods of modern product discovery and product delivery.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn with confidence from multiple functional areas of business – engineering, design, finance, sales, or marketing.
  • Demonstrated ability to find solutions to complex problems with many different types of constraints, using good judgement and data to assess risks and to present your argument in a well-organized, data-informed, written narrative.
  • Proven ability to engage with engineers, designers, and company leaders in a constructive and collaborative relationship.
  • Excellent English writing and speaking skills. Any other language, especially Spanish, would be a plus.

We also value very positively :

  • Experience in technology products directed to doctors, clinics or patients.
  • Experience in optimising marketing funnels in a medical context.
