Sumsub is seeking a hands-on Product Manager to drive the core automation engine for KYC and document verification. You will own the end-to-end roadmap for converting manual document processing into high-accuracy automated pipelines, leveraging OCR, computer vision, LLMs, and ML models, with a focus on online assisted online verification.

• 3+ years in PM/TPM roles, ideally with a software/dev background.
• Strong understanding of API architectures and backend data processing.
• Experience replacing manual tasks with automated software solutions.
• Proficient in SQL for analyzing system accuracy and metrics.
• Comfortable in a lean, fast-paced environment with high autonomy.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end product roadmap for converting manual document processing to automated pipelines.
• Identify practical applications of OCR, CV, and LLMs to structure unstructured data.
• Serve as primary technical contact for internal stakeholders and translate requirements into specs.
• Support audits and certifications for regulatory compliance.
• Own prioritization, sprint execution, and direct delivery to production.
• Define and optimize core metrics like automation rate and processing latency.
