Formación

• 5+ años de experiencia en un rol de producto en un entorno startup.

Position Overview

As a Product Manager at Dedge Security, you will be responsible for defining and executing the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our Web3 security platform. By collaborating closely with the founders and cross-functional teams, you’ll ensure our solutions effectively address the unique challenges of our customers while staying ahead of industry trends.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Dedge Security’s Web3 security platform, ensuring alignment with market trends and business objectives.
2. Collaborate closely with the founders and cross-functional teams (engineering, research, and business) to deliver innovative solutions that address customers' unique security challenges.
3. Engage with customers to gather insights, understand their needs, and prioritize features that drive value.
4. Use data-driven decision-making to prioritize features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market demand, and technical feasibility.
5. Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and continuous post-launch improvement.
6. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify differentiation opportunities in the Web3 security space.
7. Refine and enhance the platform’s user experience using customer feedback and performance insights.
8. Establish and track KPIs to measure product success and guide future development.
9. Promote a culture of innovation, agility, and accountability within the product team.

Must have:

1. At least 5 years of experience in a startup environment in a product-focused role, with a minimum of 2 years as a developer.
2. Comprehensive knowledge of software development practices, application security principles, and DevSecOps workflows.
3. Strong skills in data analysis and market research, enabling informed, data-driven product decisions.
4. Proven leadership experience, including managing cross-functional teams and successfully driving product initiatives from concept to delivery.
5. A customer-first mindset with the ability to deeply understand user needs and translate them into impactful product features.
6. Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences, both written and verbal.
7. Experience with Agile methodologies and product management tools.
8. Practical experience with cloud-native architectures and decentralized infrastructure.
9. Passion for Web3 and decentralized technologies, coupled with a strong understanding of both developer and enterprise customer needs.

Nice to have:

1. Experience in the cybersecurity or software development industry.
2. Familiarity with Web3-native companies and their unique security challenges.
3. Knowledge of leading Web3 protocols, DeFi applications, and blockchain security tools.
4. Hands-on experience with CI / CD integration, security automation, or building solutions for security, developer tools, or supply chain platforms in decentralized environments.
5. Exposure to customer-facing roles, such as pre-sales or solution engineering.
