Adamed has been working with leading universities and scientific institutes in Poland and abroad.

Our subsidiary in Madrid, Spain, is looking for a Product Manager to strengthen the Cardio-metabo marketing team.

Critical Tasks And Expected Contributions / Results

  • Preparing promotional materials and actions for sales representatives.
  • Developing and monitoring the procedures of the Medical Information Department.
  • Preparing and coordinating meetings with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), such as Advisory Boards and discussion forums.
  • Representing our brand at national and international conferences, fairs, and exhibitions.
  • Analyzing market data in selected therapeutic areas, monitoring competition activities, tracking market trends, and providing recommendations for the Adamed Pharma product portfolio.
  • Organizing and conducting training sessions (including e-learning and tests) for newly hired Field Employees (Medical Consultants, Pharmacy Consultants, and Regional Sales Managers).
  • Managing promotional investments.

Experience / Knowledge Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in the Spanish pharmaceutical market.
  • Medical knowledge in the cardio-metabo area.
  • Marketing training.
  • Basic knowledge of economics and finance.
  • University degree (medical, pharmacy, veterinary medicine, medical analytics, biotechnology, marketing, or economics).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to propose solutions.
  • Ability to collaborate and interact effectively with internal and external clients.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, including by air.
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical law, legal regulations, and Evidence-Based Medicine (EBM) terminology.
  • English language skills: mid to advanced level in writing and speaking for business communication.
  • Proficiency in MS Office at an advanced level.
  • Customer-centric approach.

  • High integrity, trustworthiness, and approachability.
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to deliver innovative solutions.
