We need an experienced SaaS Product Manager with a strong background in developing customer satisfaction-driven products.This role involves collaborating with business owners, product managers, and engineering teams to define priorities, requirements, and releases. Regular communication with leadership on roadmaps, updates, risks, and change management is essential. Skills in cross-team coordination, product management, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and executive communication are required, along with good judgment and product lifecycle oversight.You will lead the development of one of our verticals, working closely with engineers, business teams, and international offices.Key responsibilities include :

Create and deliver a vertical roadmap aligned with our global strategy.Work with Tech Leads and Engineers to define and document requirements for our SaaS platform.Lead the specification, selection, and implementation of new software and features.Break down products and features into user stories.Manage product design and development, including backlog management and prioritization.Use market research and customer behavior insights, leveraging data and analytics to make informed decisions.Promote data-driven insights to measure success.Conduct user research to inform product strategy and requirements.Define key features, specifications, and customer-centric requirements.Collaborate with UX teams to refine discovery, design, and validation processes.Test and validate user stories via APIs and interfaces.Work with cross-functional teams and third-party suppliers.Experience

Experience in automotive leasing or financing sectors is a plus.Proven experience as a product manager for enterprise software, with a track record of successful products.Previous software development experience is required.Strong collaboration, problem-solving, and communication skills.Experience with product roadmaps, analytics tools, and human-centered design.Balance technical knowledge, user focus, and business understanding.Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.Skills & Knowledge
