We are looking for

A Product Manager who thrives in a high-trust, collaborative environment, takes initiative, seeks clarity, and is motivated by the impact of their work.

In this role, you will own a key product area from discovery to delivery, collaborate with Sales and customers to identify pain points, work with Design and Engineering to develop solutions, and help the team deliver efficiently.

Your responsibilities include defining and executing a clear roadmap, measuring success through outcomes, and communicating how your work influences customer behavior and business results.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, collaborating across teams, and working autonomously toward ambitious goals.

What you'll do

  • Own your product area: Develop quarterly roadmaps based on insights and strategy, prioritize work aligned with customer needs and business goals, and deliver with focus and urgency.
  • Lead discovery with Sales and customers: Engage actively to uncover pain points, validate solutions, challenge assumptions, and remain grounded in customer reality.
  • Use data to guide decisions: Define success metrics, track performance, measure outcomes, and continuously improve using both quantitative and qualitative data.
  • Partner across disciplines: Collaborate with Design to create intuitive solutions and with Engineering to deliver value iteratively and with quality.
  • Lead a high-performing Scrum team: Facilitate all agile ceremonies, ensure team alignment, remove blockers, and foster a fast-paced environment.
  • Communicate and influence: Explain the rationale behind your roadmap, defend trade-offs, align stakeholders, and educate the organization on shipped impacts.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of product management experience
  • Skilled in discovery, user research, and engaging with Sales
  • Strong understanding of agile development and high-velocity teams
  • Experience creating and managing roadmaps that deliver measurable results
  • Data-driven mindset: define success, monitor it, and act on insights
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across disciplines
