YOUR IMPACT

As the Product Manager – AI Innovation , you will lead the development and integration of artificial intelligence across Ticketdoor's platform. Your goal is to turn our service into a smart travel assistant—delivering personalized experiences, improving internal processes, and generating valuable business insights. From customer-facing features to backend automation, you will guide AI initiatives that create meaningful, measurable impact.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Develop and lead a clear AI strategy that aligns with both product vision and business priorities.
• Identify high-value use cases where AI can improve user experience, provider tools, and internal operations.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to design and launch AI-driven features such as recommendations, search, and dynamic pricing.
• Convert complex challenges into structured product requirements and user stories.
• Define key success metrics, track performance, and refine AI features based on data and feedback.
• Promote responsible use of AI, ensuring compliance with privacy standards and staying informed on industry best practices.

WHO YOU ARE?

• 4+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years in AI / ML product development.
• Strong grasp of machine learning, NLP, computer vision, and recommendation systems.
• Proven experience integrating AI into consumer-facing digital products.
• Ability to define AI solutions and communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated success launching AI features that drive measurable results.
• Deep understanding of AI ethics, data privacy, and responsible development.
• Experience collaborating with data scientists, engineers, and business teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (advanced degree is a plus).
