A fast-growing company established in 2010 in Barcelona (Spain) is dedicated to developing medical devices and therapies for the treatment of vascular system disorders. The organization aims to become a benchmark in the vascular field by prioritizing technology and innovation.

The founding team brings over 30 years of experience in vascular devices, having contributed to the approval of one of the first CE-marked drug-eluting stents more than two decades ago.

Currently, the company is seeking a Product Manager to join its Marketing team.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Design product packaging materials, including packaging, labels, and IFUs (Instructions for Use).
  • Conduct and update market research and benchmarking for products in collaboration with the R&D team.
  • Lead the development and implementation of the Global Marketing Plan for assigned products, including defining global product positioning and messaging.
  • Create promotional materials aligned with product positioning, such as catalogs, websites, social media content, and product presentations.
  • Define and execute launch strategies and the product action plan, including post-marketing activities, international workshops, clinical case studies, reference publication reprints, and article publication in specialized journals to support the communication strategy.
  • Develop training programs and tools to support the sales team and distributors.
  • Manage budgets and investment programs in the Marketing area as outlined in the Marketing Plan to achieve company objectives.
  • Analyze and project competitor evolution in various markets, ensuring products are adapted to meet market demands.
  • Provide field support.
  • Build and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KoLs) to support the area of responsibility.
  • Oversee the product life cycle management (LCM).

REQUIREMENTS :

  • Education at the degree or bachelor / engineering level in the science branch (Biomedical, Biotechnology, Bioengineering, Medicine, Biology, Pharmacy, Engineering, Chemistry, or similar).
  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Additional training in marketing, sales, and market analysis, such as an MBA or Master’s in Marketing, is desirable.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English is mandatory. Proficiency in additional languages such as French, German, Italian, or Arabic is considered a plus.
  • Knowledge of the medical device market, particularly in areas such as cardiovascular, endovascular, or neurovascular, is an advantage.
