About the role and our team: We are seeking an experienced and driven Product Manager to join our Vendor zone and elevate how wedding pros find success and grow their businesses on our platform. The Knot Worldwide’s vendor marketplace is the foundation of our business. You will help shape the vendor experience, connecting pros with couples, managing presence, and thriving within our growing global marketplace. You will work with design and tech leads, and cross-functional partners in Marketing and other disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Always put our users first
• Collaborate with analytics and research to gain feedback and insights directly from users
• Set strategic direction with product marketing, engineering, and design partners
• Build trusted, collaborative relationships with engineering, design, and marketing to align and deliver exceptional products
• Drive outcome-focused execution and measure product impact on customers and the business
• Collaborate with product leaders to ensure cohesion between your products and the overall Knot product experience

Successful Product Manager candidates have

• 2-4 years in product development in an agile environment
• Ability to set strategic direction and ideate and launch new products and experiences
• Use both quantitative and qualitative data to inform product decisions, with experience in analytics and research tools
• Track record of creating quality consumer experiences that solve real user needs and drive business growth
• Clear communication and collaboration with partners and executives
• Keen aesthetics and empathy with a user-centered mentality
• Strong partnership with engineers and awareness of tech debt
• Natural prioritization, good instincts on what matters, and a focus on outcomes over outputs

Work model

This role is Together@TKWW-eligible and based near one of our office hubs. Starting September 15, 2025, you’ll be expected to work in the office two days a week as part of our hybrid work model.
