Our cutting-edge AI-driven lead generation technology empowers sales teams to focus on what matters most: selling. By automating manual prospecting, we help optimize workflows, ensuring a predictable and scalable sales pipeline — no wasted time, just results.

After successfully raising €5 million in a landmark seed funding round to grow its team and scale in key markets, we’re now looking for a Product Manager to help us take our product to the next level.

What You’ll Do

As Product Owner at Genesy, you will play a key role in shaping the evolution of our product and ensuring that what we build truly delivers value to our users. Acting as the bridge between business, tech, and design, your mission will be to help us scale faster and smarter.

What You'll Do

• Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring it is always clear, prioritized, and aligned with business goals.

• Translate product vision into detailed user stories, clear requirements, and acceptance criteria.

• Work hand-in-hand with designers, engineers, and CS to guide delivery and resolve doubts during development.

• Coordinate discovery efforts: run user interviews, test hypotheses, and validate ideas.

• Drive the product development process end-to-end: from idea to release and iteration.

• Ensure high product quality by helping with QA and validating deliverables before release.

• Identify and proactively remove blockers for the team.

• Communicate progress, decisions, and trade-offs to stakeholders clearly and transparently.

• Continuously analyze data, customer feedback, and product performance to feed future iterations.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a hands-on, proactive Product Owner with a strong sense of ownership and a passion for building great products in fast-paced environments.

• 2+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role in tech/SaaS companies.

• Strong ability to gather and translate requirements into clear user stories and specs.

• Excellent communication skills — both with technical teams and business stakeholders.

• Experience working with agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban).

• A user-first mindset, with sensitivity for UX/UI details.

• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.

• Data-driven approach to decision making.

Barcelona-based or open to relocate to our vibrant city.

• Experience in B2B SaaS or sales tech products.

• Experience working in startups or scale-ups.

• Experience with tools like Jira, Notion and Figma.

• Technical background or strong curiosity about how things work under the hood.
