Role Context

The role is based in Barcelona, with a global impact and stakeholders across Thunes' offices. As a Product Manager, your goal is to leverage technology to serve customers better and create value for the business, primarily through data-driven decision-making.

You will be responsible for the full product lifecycle—from idea validation to market launch and feedback—acting as the champion of your product both internally and externally.

You should have a passion for FinTech and a good understanding of money movement flows. Your main stakeholders include the Treasury team across multiple offices, as well as Finance, Business Development, Marketing, Compliance, and Tech teams. You will develop the product vision, roadmap, and oversee its implementation.

Responsibilities

Driving Core Platform Evolution :

• Define and own the strategic vision and roadmap for the new ACCEPT Core platform, focusing on harmonization with the PAY Core platform, modularity, and scalability.

Developing Treasury and Finance Product Roadmap :

• Enhance cross-border reconciliation and safeguarding procedures
• Ensure data reliability and harmonization

Technical Leadership & Collaboration :

• Serve as a technical product leader, understanding the architecture of the ACCEPT Core platform and communicating requirements to engineering teams.
• Work closely with engineers and architects to align the product roadmap with technical feasibility, fostering scalable and robust solutions.
• Provide technical guidance to cross-functional teams, especially Treasury and Finance, regarding the ACCEPT Core platform and system integrations.
